Yesterday evening, Melisa and I welcomed Kate into our life. Kate is a 3-year old Treeing Walker Coonhound, who happens to be one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. Unless you are a cat, that is…
Milo and Elsie, our two cats, took exception to Kate and showed us their dissatisfaction readily. A lot of kittie howling, hissing, and flailing paws for most of the evening! Kate simply wanted to smell their butts and maybe play a little bit, but Milo and Elsie obviously wanted nothing to do with her, despite Kate being quite scared of them for most of the evening. Hopefully this will get better over the coming days!
We’ll post more pics on Flickr over the coming days and keep you up-to-date on our latest addition to the household.
