All the hours of work Mike and I put in finally paid off last night. We rolled the new Business Teacher’s Association of New York State site live to their domain.
BTANYS is still working on adding some content and we’ll still be tackling some maintenance and training, but for the most part we’re done.
First decent paying project too! We’re very excited to finally complete this project, which in our humble opinion (and Google research) is the best looking Business Teacher’s Association site out there!
We built the site on Expression Engine, which is a nifty piece of software. We probably ended up using 25% of its power and only used that much at about 50% of its possible efficiency. Not too bad for our first time using EE, though.
For larger scale, content and community sites, I think we’re definitely going to use EE from now on…
Anyway, let us know what you think!
