President Obama?

Came across the Compete (a company that collects web traffic data) blog today, where they featured two posts on traffic to Democrat and Republican candidate sites. Compete then extrapolated how that traffic would lead to electoral votes for each political group:

Democrats

Republicans

And finally the overall Presidential race:

Obviously this is a bit of a stretch, since they are looking at traffic (and not votes), then extrapolating the final Presidential election based on current traffic numbers (with traffic from voting groups spread out amongst a large field of candidates and not focused on two or three final candidates)… but the analysis IS interesting, nonetheless. And me likey the results!

Just imagine – we have a whole year plus of this stuff left to go.
